We are well-known for good homemade Norwegian food, a cosy atmosphere and good service. This are things we are good at and we know that is important for our guests. At our place you shall feel like home - a lot of people do and come back year after year.

The most important for us are that our guests are happy here and go home with a lot of nice memories. We always have time for our guests and that is maybe one of the reasons why many of them are coming back.

Knut and Guri Buseth opened the place in 1961 and it have been a familyrun hotel since then. During the years it have grown bigger and been through a some changes. Today it is the third generation who are running the place.

Indoor you will find a lot to be exited about. A relaxing and cosy atmosphere you will notice when you come inside the door. Rose-painting on the walls and in the roof together with traditional things from Hallindal gives the lounges a typical "Halling-look". The latest parts of the house are in wood and go well together with the old part.

You will find TV-room, lounge with open fire, danceroom with a big dancefloor, eatingroom and the reseption in the first floor. Downstair you will find saunas with showers, TV/video room and a activityroom with tabletennis, billiard and other activities.
